Delivery

Our priority is making sure your beers get to you safely. This is why we offer free beer delivery to a selection of areas [Newport, Fishguard, Cardigan] that are on our local delivery route. We like to deliver locally as we get to say hello to our fabulous customers.

During the busy summer months, we’re unable to offer free delivery to all of Pembrokeshire as our van is often too full! So although you may see a Bluestone Van in your area, we only offer free delivery to some of our quieter routes. Please contact us with any queries.

If you live a little further away and we can’t deliver to you personally, your beers will be delivered by APC couriers. To find out the cost of your delivery, complete your order at the checkout, put your postcode in and the delivery price will be calculated.

We also offer a ‘Brewery Pick-Up’ option, so you can skip the delivery cost and collect yourself. You are welcome to collect your order Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or Saturday 11am – 6pm.

We will deliver our beer to anywhere in Mainland UK.

We always try to get your beer to you as quickly as possible.

If you selected our ‘Brewery Pick-Up’ option, you are welcome to collect your order Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or Saturday 11am – 6pm.

Our local deliveries tend to take place on a Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

We send beer with APC on their next day* service.

[*Please note that this is next day from the day that you receive your dispatch email from us.]

We ask that you allow up to five working days for delivery before contacting us.

Please note that the courier system is still under a lot of extra pressure and so some delays are possible, we really appreciate your patience.

Once your beers are on their way to you we will let you know via email. If your beer is arriving via courier, you will also receive notifications from them with a tracking number. You can then keep track of where they are on their journey!

If you are on one of our local delivery routes, your order will be delivered by one of the Bluestone team. If you live further away, your order will be delivered by APC couriers.

We take great care and pride in packaging your beer safely, but, we know that no matter how careful we are, sometimes, accidents happen! If, for any reason your order arrives damaged please send us an email at [email protected]. Make sure you include all of the order details in the email and we will resolve the issue for you.

We can deliver our beers anywhere in Mainland UK. Unfortunately, there are a few postcodes in the Scottish Highlands that we struggle to deliver to. Please get in touch to see if we can help in any way if you live further away. We are very sorry to say that we can’t yet ship internationally.

We offer free delivery to some postcodes on our local delivery routes. If you don’t live close enough to us to be on your local delivery route then there will be a small charge for delivery.

The delivery charge is £6 to cover the cost of transit packaging and courier delivery.

You are also welcome to select ‘Brewery Pick Up’, and come and collect from our Taproom.

If we deliver ourselves, we’ll drop your beer off in a reused cardboard box.

If we are sending your beer further afield, it will be sent out in compostable cardboard moulds, no dividers or extra packaging, just a cardboard box with a 12 bottle mould inside and then sealed with paper tape.

Once you’ve drank the beer, you can reuse the moulds for all sorts of wonderful things – they’re very handy for planting seeds into!
